I don't know if the ratings are accurate but mine has stayed the same with each test result. It was always negative, which was and is encouraging, I simply pray it's a true reading and not just a scam. Lot of that going on these days.

A quick and eacy way to determine if there is proteinuria.

I bought this because I was told by my doctor that I had protein in my urine. She said it was not at a level that I should be worried, but I needed to watch my protein intake. She's well aware of my 150g-180g of protein a day to maintain my muscle routine, so I've cut back and wanted to check on my progress. Well, after getting up this morning and doing this test, my results seem good. The problem I'm having is that since the company uses 150 mg as the base, why isn't there a color for that? It jumps from 100mg to 300mg on the color chart. How would one know if there was 150mg of protein or more? The test results are lacking in explanation per color. Maybe I'm missing something? Are these returnable?
