Simple tool to use but very handy.would have been awkward without it.seems well made and at a decent price so didn't mind buying it knowing I'll probably only use it once.

Was issued an IW2A for IDC wiring as a BT apprentice 40 years ago but lost it when moving house. Nothing had changed in that time :)

This punch down tool is very easy to use and does a great job of giving you a clean finish. The snippers remove any excess wire in the process of punching down. The hook and flat attachments are also very useful for various tasks. Very happy with this purchase.

It's ok. It did the job I needed, but the automatic wire clipping action only worked about 50% of the time. It seems like these same tools are sold under multiple brands, but they're definitely a budget item for occasional use around the house. If you have a big networking project to work on, or use this tool on a regular basis, I'd suggest looking at something better quality.

Plastic tool that came with my phone extension kit was worse than useless & i spent the best part of a day trying to get the wires into connections & after much swearing & tantrums no joy...ordered this fab wee tool which arrived the next day & HEY PRESTO ....after 5 mins phone extension now works a treat. Many thanks for a swift service & brilliant wee tool, defo recommend & will use again.

I needed this to punch cables down, and this is what it did.The snipping element worked about 50% of the time, but some of those was probably my fault, due to being rushed, and not the biggest fan of fiddly jobs.For the price, the product has done what I needed it to do. I won't be using this daily, and it feels like I may need to replace this over time if I did, but I think I would get my moneys worth out of the product before I needed to do this.

Fabrication de très faible qualité... on trouve le même en provenance de Chine pour 3 fois moins cher si on peut attendre 3 semaines... pour une utilisation très occasionnelle !
