Helps to shed fat, Hoping it Works!
First of all this seems to be a great value, it’s easy to swallow, and has no bad smell or taste to it. I’m using this to help shed some fat since it’s so much harder to shed weight after pregnancy. I’m no longer breastfeeding so feel ok to take this. For me this is best taken in the morning with a meal. I’ve heard it can have a side effect of insomnia but I haven’t experienced any bad side effects. I’m hoping it works for me along with increasing my exercise!

Didn’t sit right
I found this to be quite irritating to my stomach. Tried a different brand and didn’t have any issues.

I have only used this item for a short time and don' t expect to see immediate results
It is my understnding that L-carnitine can boost my body's metabolism which may help me to burn fat. I am hoping that with continued use I might see my waistline decrease in size.

Description is for a different product
The product photos are correct, but the description is for a product I’d like to buy, but it isn’t even listed on the Nature’s Truth website, so I assume it’s no longer made.. This is 1000 mg of L Carnitine without CoQ10. Many people find 500 mg 2x per day is better, as this is not a time release.
