Honestly we weren’t expecting much from this seat but it’s amazing, for such a small price I can take my 5 year old safely on my bike, fixing it can be a bit tricky but we worked it out and had to improvise but overall impressed!

It came with no instructions so we felt a bit worried. But... It ended up pretty straight fwd and fitted on our large bike. It definitely makes things safer at a very decent price.

Item came on time easy to assemble and fit would recommend this product

My daughter caught her heel in the wheel spokes and injured her foot and had to have stitches. Do not wear crocs while on this, proper shoes only.

Bit flimsy, could buy better

After reading some reviews I was very reluctant to purchase this product. However, similar under £100 doesn’t exist on the market. So I gave it a go. I must say it took couple of weeks for the bolts to settle in place without me screwing them back couple of times. But now 2 months into using this I will be purchasing this seat for my other folding bike, so we can take our “vehicle” on train and explore more places. We are now taking rides, as long as 1 hour in our immediate surrounding, so it must be comfortable. Use it daily to go to childcare/work and to do our shopping. It doesn’t come with the seatbelt which I purchased as an addition on Amazon for a bit more safety, but the Type 1 does have amazing footrests and handlebar. But again in addition I had to purchase straps on Amazon as my 3 years old kept putting his feet into the rear wheel. But solved the problem.

Great value and delivered really quickly. Be aware though that although the listing suggests that this seat fits many bikes and ebikes, I bought it for a Halfords Assist ebike. The bolts were too long for it to be fitted to the rack because of the battery, which is located in the rear rack. I removed the rack, took out the battery box, drilled out fixing holes in the flat bars of the rack and then bolted on the seat. I cut the bolts flush with the nuts and there was just enough clearance to refit the battery etc. The footrests did not fit on the rear axle with the rack and mudguard stays in place so I had to rethink that. Pleased with the look of it when I'd finished. 4 stars because it is not as easy to fit as suggested.

Es simple y fácil de montar, no incluye las herramientas de montaje, ni los tornillos para las estriberas, pero ambas cosas son fáciles de conseguir. Mi hijo le da dos pulgares arriba.

Seat fits fine but handlebars didn't fasten securely as seat pole is too thin for diameter of product. They could have got this right.

Looks good. Strong. But didn’t come with instructions or any brackets or fixings for the foot plates.
