Ambre Solaire Fake Tan Natural Bronzer Self Tan Drops Face 30ml

​I bought these because my current skin tone is best described as "Victorian Ghost Who Hasn't Slept Since 2022." I needed a tan that said "I’ve been to Ibiza," not "I’ve been up since 4:00 AM with a teething human". You just mix a few drops into your moisturiser. It’s like a science experiment where the only result is me looking significantly less deceased. it’s got coconut water, so it smells like a tropical holiday instead of the usual "biscuits and regret" associated with self-tanners. It’s actually hydrating. It plumps up my skin so well that people might actually believe I drank water today instead of just three double espressos. Even with my sleep-deprived coordination, I didn't end up looking like a zebra. It’s the perfect "fake it 'til you make it" for mums. I still feel like a zombie, but at least now I’m a golden, hydrated zombie. Highly recommend. And highly recommend not leaving it open and nocking or allover your beige pouffe 🙈

It takes some practice to get a decent colour. I'm really pale but have dark eyes and hair. Using 4 drops did nothing, even using everyday. 8 drops saw a slight change but needed everyday use. 12 drops gave me a decent tan that needs topped up about once a week. I usually use face oils rather than moisturisers so once a week works best for my skin routine. I like that you can choose how much to use. So myself and my blonde haired, blue eyed daughter can both use this product to get the colour that best suits our very different skin tones and colouring. Definitely worth a try. Though I don't like the results on my body. Looked patchy and dirty. I'd recommend only for facial use.

It worked, but I wouldn’t buy it again The tanning drops did work and gave my face some colour, so they do what they are supposed to do. However, I wasn’t keen on the overall experience. The smell was very strong and unpleasant, and it left my face feeling quite tacky afterwards rather than comfortable. I also found that it badly stained my hands, even though I was careful when applying it. Overall, while the product did produce a tan, the strong smell, sticky feeling and staining put me off. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Love this stuff! You only need around 4 drops in your daily moisturizer and you'll have a gorgeous glowy tan year round. Great colour, not orange. You can add more or less drops depending on your skin tone so it's just really adaptable. A bottle lasts ages so it's great value for money too.

A good product which I’m using every day at the moment. It’s a very gentle tanning process so don’t expect a quick bronze look. I’m happy with it though.
