Heel broke off
I love these shoes but I’ve worn them about 10 times and the heel completely broke off. In my 52 years, I’ve never had a heel on a shoe break. This wasn’t even a super cheap shoe. I’m so disappointed!

Confortables y talla adecuada
Me enamoré del modelo de estos zapatos. Es la primera vez que compro esta marca y sí que compraría nuevamente. Soy 6.5 y esa talla compré, sin embargo, los zapatos que me llegaron son 7.5 y al principio me quedaron a la medida pero ahora sí se siente la diferencia de talla. Son elegantes y muy suaves. Son tal como ilustran en la imagen.
