Does this have a sunscreen in it?

The tube says it protects hair from uvb rays, but if it actually has sun screen I can't say from the list of ingredients. The creme doesn't work for me, I thought it would make my hair soft and shiny,,it does not. (Salt and pepper hair past shoulders 67 yr old.)
