I'm not sure what the bad reviews were all about. I almost skipped getting this because of them but luckily, I thought most of the negative reviews could have been errors in installation or people who just aren't very good at putting things together. Bingo! I was right. This set is so pretty on the wall. do the components feel a little cheap? sure. as does the price. but does it still scream cheap or low quality after install? Absolutely NOT. chosen in the right colors for your room (went with rustic wood with black metal hardware and lower basket), it's both functional and visually appealing. I'm happy with this purchase.
