No difference in appetite
I haven't noticed any difference in appetite, but they seem to help my travel sickness when I suck them in the car!

These sweets are like the old fashioned gum drops
These sweets are like the old fashioned gum drops, about the size of a shirt button and are actually very tasty and moreish. The danger is they are like sweets and therefore you eat too many and they are very small and there are 40 caleries per 5 sweets and it is very easy to consume 15-20 sweets over the course of a morning, ie ie 160 caleries! and they did not noticeably fill me up.

They are pretty chewy so not good if you have dentures
Tasty treats. Way too moorish so I won't be buying again but I can't fault them, it is just my addiction to sweets. They are pretty chewy so not good if you have dentures. The flavour is delicious.

These sweets are amazing! Only 2 cals per sweet (so 30 cals for 15, ignore the previous review saying otherwise) and fills me up!!!! Great for when im bored at work or revising and I just need to snack on something
