Used to use it for work since I don't like having anything on my wrist and we're not supposed to pull out phone out in front of guests at work. Every time I pulled it out I got some sort of comment or compliment on it. Everyone loved it. It's a wind up pocket watch, so it'll live forever.. With that said, if you let it run for long amounts of time (say 23-48 hours) you'll start noticing that the time very slowly becomes inaccurate and need slight readjusting. Honestly it just gave me another reason to pull it out, so I didn't mind it much. Look wise, it's gorgeous and I've had friends ask where I got it. It's fairly durable, although I did have to do some minor maintenance on it as a strand of hair somehow got into the watch itself and tangled in the gears. But it was easy to take the covers off and remove that hair carefully with tweezers.

I bought this pocket watch, and while it was very pretty (I wore it around and got compliments on it), its construction was clearly cheap (scratched easily, and paint flaked off). It broke after a month of regular use being carried around and regularly wound (a full wind seemed to last ~30 hours); the mechanism broke and it simply wouldn't go. I got a return approved, and was told to ship it to an address in China, and had to pay out of pocket. The shipment was unclaimed, and returned to sender so that was pointless anyway. After talking to customer support, I got a refund approved (including for part of the shipping cost), but this process was very time-consuming and not very consumer-friendly. If you're looking for a prop that doesn't work (and to be fair, a lot of my reason for getting this was the aesthetics), then this is an excellent option (albeit an expensive one for a merely decorative piece). However, you could pay twice as much and get something of a quality that will last. Hence, I cannot in good faith recommend this.

A nice little watch providing excellent value for the price. Mechanical parts are quite memorizing to watch, but are not built to the highest spec. Clock appears to run a little fast, and needs frequent adjustment to stay on time. Apart from that, the only serious complaint would be the use of plastic on the front face paired with a small opening in the clam shell for any number of things to reach through and scratch it. If the front face was glass, or if the front clam shell was solid, this would greatly improve the longevity of the product. Nonetheless, the rest of the watch body is metal, and does seem to be quite solid, so it seems that the rest of the watch will long outlive the front watch face. Despite its flaws, this does present a fantastic value proposition to anyone wanting to get into wearing a pocket watch.

Well packaged and exactly as advertised. I purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband.

Not much more than a Halloween costume piece. Glass is plastic. Top dial popped right off when trying to set time. This looks nice but won't last more than six months. If you're looking for a prop, go ahead. Otherwise, don't waste your money.
