Had picked up some lovely Walkerswoid sauce on a recent trip to Jamaica, so was delighted to see could get on Amazon. Price a little high, but when you consider how far it has travelled & don’t see ur in the shops then not too bad. Unfortunately for me I really didn’t like this; reasonable kick to it, but quite a harsh flavour

The very best jerk marinade you could hope for! Buy it. Gutted that they won't send to Ireland anymore as I can't find it anywhere 😢.

Well, like the 3 stars indicate: it's ok. Perhaps I expected too much, but I love Indian food, I cook it myself and there is a multitude of herbs, spices, special spice mixes (masalas) and other ingredients. So when I'm done with cooking easily 15 to 20 different "helpers" are used. And comparing the jerk marinade with Indian spicing the former is - well - thin, the latter so much richer and complex in taste. But like I said, the yerk marinade is ok, but I don't think I will buy it again.

I really like this marinade. My Jamaican parents use the walkerswood jerk rub as a starting point for their jerk marinade at home. I was actually looking for that product on amazon and found this marinade instead. And I decided to give it a try. As a student, I do not have the time to make an authentic Jamaican Jerk Sauce on my own (nor do I really have the know-how) but this marinade tasted really good. I am often very disappointed by pre-prepared jerk sauces. They are either too sweet or too spicy but this was perfect as a quick and easy alternative to the what I have at home. I baked my jerk chicken and used the leftover fluids in the dish as gravy for my rice and peas. It was perfect and filling! While I'll always prefer my parents' jerk sauce, I'll continue to use this sauce when I can't get home to my parents' house for dinner.

Needs to add a little more sugar and salt and it tastes amazing

Wäre ja sehr lecker aber kam gerade beschädigt an und ich darf 5 Tage warten bis ich das zurückschicken kann. 👍🏻 Wurde erneut zugeschickt und kam unbeschädigt an. Geschmacklich absoluter Hammer.

Légère amertume, dose piment raisonnable, acidité et goût agréable. Pour remonté acide et brûlure d'estomac déconseillé. Ça vaut le coût de tester si on ne connait pas, mais a ne pas renouveler.
