Aeelike Circular Knitting Needles Set, 2.5-10 mm Round Needle, 40 inches

I've been using these needles for a few months now, and I really enjoy them! The needles themselves aren't particularly long, but the cord makes up for that. So far, I've knit using these with acrylic, polyester, and wool. Didn't have any troubles with any of the yarn, all three types I've tried have slipped on and off the needles with ease. The cord is very durable and I haven't had any signs of wear and tear on any of them yet. Something nice about these needles is the size of them (in millimeters) is printed right on the needle - so you can grab the one you need without difficulty! You can tell the needles are a little on the cheaper side since they're light and hollow, but honestly it helps with knitting speed. Overall, I think these are great needles, whether you're doing a very wide project (blankets, for example) or knitting in the round (fully or magic loop). If you're planning on doing a big blanket, get longer needles than the 100 cm - the maximum width I could squeeze onto them was 40 inches across. All pictures included are projects done using these needles.

These were my very first set of “Aeelike” circular fixed, knitting needles when I first started out. For a beginner, I thought they were good. I managed to make many different projects and learned so much along the way. The different types of knitting needles, styles, sizes, brands, techniques, and etc. These knitting needles did get dented and beat up a little but they still work. For being Stainless Steel knitting needles, I do not know why they got dented. I actually still like them because of the memory cables so I still use them when I need them. They have lasted me since I last got them. They are not very sharp and don’t smell but they are decent knitting needles for beginners. They are metal so the yarn slips fine and easy to work with. I am currently using 2.5mm to finishing knitting a sock. I have used the bigger knitting needles to knit a blanket when I first started. The Set Included these sizes of knitting needles. So this is what I still own in this set. Nine circular needles in different sizes. - 2.5 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm. The length of each knitting needles with cable is approximately 40"/100 cm. I have been pleased with this set of knitting needles for beginners only that I plan to use them to teach others to knit.

I almost returned this set of needles mainly because of the bluntness of the needle tips—particularly of the smaller sized needles. However I decided to try one set and ended up liking it. I still prefer my sharper needles, but for the price, these are unbeatable. The join between cable and needle is decently smooth and I have no complaints about the cable flexibility. I’ll probably use them quite a bit.

The needles come in good conditions . I wish it’s will be longer connection part between the metallic part of needles and tools to check the size of the needles . It’s easy to knitting with it and the loops sliding easy even knitting thin kids mohair

Main issues: -there are many blemishes on the needles themselves -the memory of the cable isn’t perfect, but it’s workable (it tries to coil up on it self if you’re trying to do magic loop). - the sizes in this set are very loosy goosy, they seem to skip through standard sizes—so you don’t have a complete range of needles. I’d prefer it if this set had all the sizes in a smaller range—because I probably won’t be using the 10mm - actually knitting with them, I’d prefer if the metal didn’t grip on to my yarn so much, it seemed difficult to slide my stitches around. I knit with a little bit more tension so this makes sense—but these needles are less beneficial for those types of knitters. (And like, the point of metal is that you get less friction so you can knit tighter!!) -One of my needles came with little brown flecks on it, I’m unsure if that’s just blemishes from the manufacture process, rust or something. It at least seemed to scrape off. But :/ Overall: It’s not terrible, I can still knit. And it wasn’t broken in the package and we have yet to see if it will break. For the price, I guess it’s worth it if you really really just wanna try circulars without breaking the bank and still have access to multiple sizes. But I definitely don’t plan to use these forever—I may just invest in high quality needles if I really start to get into circulars.

Great value for these quality needles that make the knitting flow even on a 47 inch length!

*Update* images attached. After my previous review, one of the needles chipped around where it's attached to the wire, making it impossible to use them. They're garbage. They weren't even good to begin with (see lower part of my review). Seriously, just get a different brand. They're okay. I've never used knitting needles like this before, but these aren't the greatest, I'm sure. Honestly the curve in the end of the metal part that I thought would be nice is actually awful. It rotates around as I'm working and sticks up catching on the stitches as I work through them. Also the connection between the needles themselves and the cord part is NOT smooth, so the yarn gets caught in it constantly and I'm having to wiggle it just right so it doesn't ruin the yarn. For the price, it's okay, I guess. They function as knitting needles, I just don't like this style, and the connection part is just awful.

Im just in love with these stainless steel circular knitting needles. They glide through each loop of the knit with ease.
