Bad product design
I can't comment on the performance of this product as I just received the delivery a couple of hours ago. I have reduced 2 stars from the rating because of the product design. The toothbrush doesn't have a charging indicator LED, how dumb🥴. How on earth one should know it is charging. Even the instructions manual doesn't speak about it. However, thanks to some youtubers who clarified that when on charge, if you presss the ON button, the brush won't start. The other issue is, the brush doesn't fit snugly to the charger pin. Very bad design thinking from Braun/Oral B.
