I bought this toy for my Paw Patrol loving toddler and she is obsessed with the toy's detail and the size is appropriate for her. So far, the toy has been highly durable. The only downside regarding functionality is that it requires parent assistance to get Skye to actually sit and stay on the seahorse; there is a guide down the back of the seahorse that Skye's paws slide around to keep her on the toy, but it is such a tight hold that even I occasionally have trouble getting Skye into place.
