I found it very helpful. Although I try not to rely on it much and do my best to regulate my diet. However, I have noticed ease in digestion whenever I take one of these in a day. The contents seems appropriate and FSSAI regulated.

I have bloating issues even tho I’m having a healthy lifestyle so I gave a try and unexpectedly it helps with bloating but I have another issue - whenever i take the supplements my stomach is burning 🔥. Except this issue , I can say the supplement is ok but I don’t know if shall I continue or not …

Best of the digestive supplements I've tried, helps with my dairy intolerance. I'm also celiac, but haven't tested it for that.

Dose the job
These are great only need to take one a day I found with other products it's more than one, they work great never had any problems with digestion or stomach wind since using them it's a shame I can no longer get them on subscription on Amazon but can go to the site that provides them
