ps plus duplex is an amazing service that I would definitely recommend to anyone! I've been a ps plus member for awhile now and I always enjoy the savings and the added features that the service provides. The customer service is amazing as well, they are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I may have. Overall, I absolutely love the ps plus duplex service and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Bought this one year memembership on July 2023, believing that it will be a simple process but it is not as it will take two days for them to activate it and they will create a another account in our playstation, in my case it was a Turkish account so if we want to download games we can only download from their account and they will ask to sync our account with them so that we can play in our account. We can't directly download games in our account. So basically they will create a clone account with our paid subscription and will ask us to download from there. Important thing here to note is, they will give an email and password to create it in our playstation. So for a month everything was okay as I downloaded from their account and played it in my account as we don't have any other option. After two months, they CHANGED the password in the Turkish account and now I can't go in and download the games. I even tried to contact them through watsapp as it is the only option to contact them but they blocked me, tried to call them again blocked me. So guys this has been a terrible experience for me 3500 is gone. Do not buy this product. Don't get fooled by 4+ stars review as I did. All the reviews here are there people scammimg us to buy. Please dont buy here. Buy it in playstation store itself even it is 1500 more.

They are just doing a great job by fulfilling the dreams of Indian gamers. Hats off to the team.They will chat with you on whatsapp number provided after purchase.Will give you the ID and password of the account with ps plus purchased already, just logging as per their instructions and pay with your own sone account on same system.Very responsive team, also helps with procedure and solved all my queries related to the games too.Don’t know why others are not satisfied with the purchase.All games catalogue and trials as well as classic games available in this package. The whole process is fishy. I ordered this without reading the redeeming instructions. I thought this would be like any other PSN wallet top up card I buy where I would get a code and I’d redeem the same. Much to my surprise, post purchasing, they call you, activate their account (a completely different address and not your actual Sony account) on your play station. This seems fishy. What if after 1 year I want to renew the membership online through Sony? Where would all my previous year’s games go (because these would be in the account/email they provided. My recommendation is don’t go for it. I know the pricing is enticing. But save your money.

Before purchasing this product I was so sceptical and I had multiple questions running in my mind. So I called Fivescribe customer service and they were so friendly and explained me about this product patiently. Again I took some time to go through the customer feedback’s and when I was comfortable I purchased the product and got it activated very next day since I placed my order on a holiday which was Sunday. Just go for this product if you looking for an year subscription. And once you purchase this product all you need to do is just follow the instructions as they mention, do not get deviated from the steps.

Once you get logged out of your account there is no way to log back in as they use 2FA with limited amount of backup codes. They don't have a way to recover your account after logout.No customer service---I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times. They are first said they'll connect with ps team to fix this. But blocked me later. Can't reach them out on WhatsApp, no phone, email.Would prefer to legitimately buy the membership instead of buying a little lower price, then getting locked out like this.

Edit: After using just 2 months the subscription was flagged as unavailable! These people are basically creating fake accounts in some other country and then giving them to you on watsapp. They won't even entertain you if your account is suspended suddenly.STAY AWAY AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.Some positive reviews that you see are misleading as they are posted immediately after purchasing but very few like me come back to edit their reviews once their account gets blocked.

Update: the product was really good at the start but after 4-5 month it stopped working, my account got logged out & I couldn't login back & the customer support never bothered to check back. I am unsure of what to do now. I just came to realize that it's a scam
