Life saver
After 10 years of horrible digestive issues and the usual supplements and pharmaceuticals making things worse I finally got relief from this tributyrin. My sleep is better because the gut inflammation is better. I have been able to begin to tolerate probiotics and many of the foods that set my system off before. Because I can eat more foods I have been able to regain much of the weight I lost from my illness. I no longer look sickly and scrawny. I guess my guts were so bad that I needed to go straight to the postbiotic to calm things down before I could tolerate normal stuff. Short chain fatty acids for the win!It's odd that some complain about the taste. Just don't open the capsule.
