Expensive but worth it. Compatible cartridges are more likely to leak and the supplier is more likely to disappear before you can get a refund. I have never had a problem with original HP cartridges except for the high price.

Quality High, but high cost.
Being from the printer manufacturer, it has to work well and does. But the cost is high, so unclear if real value. Good to have return system for used toners, but why so complex a process, requiring tracked carriage back?

Zwar nicht billig aber TOP
Ich bin schon vor Jahren davon abgekommen, Nachfüll-Tonerkartuschen zu kaufen. Die Qualität vom Originalmaterial ist einfach besser. Klar, der Preis schreckt ab, davon könnte man sich einen neuen Drucker kaufen. Allerdings sind bei neuen Druckern nur minimal gefüllte Tonerkartuschen drin und der Kauf der Nachfüllung steht sehr schnell wieder an. Ausserdem ist das allein aus Umweltschutzgründen ohnehin kein Thema. Versteht sich von selbst, dass die leeren Kartuschen dann an den Hersteller zurückgeschickt werden. Einfach nach "HP Toner Recycling" suchen und den entsprechenden Weblink von HP auswählen. Dort kann ein Etikett für die kostenlose Rücksendung ausgedruckt werden. HP hat als erster Computerhersteller 1997 eine eigene Recyclinganlage in Betrieb genommen.

You do get what you pay for
My LaserJet 400 m451 had been suffering from exceptionally poor quality print jobs for many months. I finally decided to buy the name brand HP toner instead of the much cheaper generic toner which I had been using for a couple of years. What a difference. I purchased a black toner cartridge from a local store and the tri-colour cartridge pack from Amazon. I replaced the black cartridge and as for the coloured cartridges I have only replaced the yellow cartridge so far but it made an immediate improvement in the quality of my print jobs. The pictures and illustrations are vibrant and sharp again. The packages I received had a date code of December 2016. I'm not sure if that is the production date or the suggested use by date.

Förre gång jag skulle byta Toner visade det sig att det var billigare att köpa en helt ny maskin, där man fick alla 4 patroner "fullsize" ny mekanik och betalade 800:- mindre. Hp borde idömmas en miljöbot. Att kasta en fullt fungerande Laser färgprinter för att det är billigare att köpa en helt ny borde vara straffbart för producenten. När dessa Tonere tar slut, då är det slut med HP printare i detta hus
