Well as my partner said when he got this 9” circular saw out of the box and assembled, it feels like a really solid, well made construction, and easy to handle, with an extra strong, thick blade. When we say assembled, it was just the rotating blade that needed to be placed and secured before use; done in minutes. However he needed to use it before giving his final verdict, and we had plenty of tiding up in the garden, including cutting up some wooden pallets we no longer needed, which hopefully will be made into a raised bed, or two, out of the timber. The powerful which went seemlessly through the wood, cutting precisely, and with little effort. My partner is a retired joiner so has used many similar tools in his working life, and at home, so he should knows what he is talking about; well hopefully! He says the saw was extremely comfortable and easy to handle, even when using on a tilt, just make sure the blade is securely fastened in place before using it, he added. One thing I wasn't expecting the saw to have was a convenient vacuum attachment to keep the area he was working on clean; perhaps not so important when outdoors, but great when using in the house. So to conclude, this is a powerful, well made circular saw, easy to handle, not too heavy, with plenty of adjustable settings, the vacuum attachment, it feels safe to use, great overall design, and very good value for money; he says he would certainly recommend it.

First impressions of this item are good , its lighter than other ones I've owned which i find easier to use , build quality is good , if you've used before its much the same set up , manual is very clear , blade alignment was good , i cut 2 sheets of 18mm plywood into 8 strips and it did it with ease , no issues , ive owned ones 4 times the price and this for basic DIY will do the same , so my only question is will it last and not burn out , but as I say it great value for the price 👍.

This is excellent value for money. Rapid clean cuts though you do have to concentrate to make sure your cut starts in the right place. But it has done a great job cutting planks. My only concern was with the instructions which assumed that I knew how to lock the blade and the order and alignment of washers. I had to recourse to YouTube so I am now an expert! but the procedures are straight forward. I would buy it again if I needed one.

This HYCHIKA circular saw is a powerful and reliable tool for any DIY project. Its 1300W motor delivers smooth, clean cuts through wood and plastic with ease. The safety switch is indeed included and provides essential protection during operation. I found the maximum cutting depth of 65mm to be perfectly adequate for my needs. The saw is well-built and feels sturdy in hand, yet it is not overly heavy. Setup was straightforward, and the included blade was sharp and ready to use. While it's a great value, the dust port could be more effective for cleaner work. Overall, for its price point, this saw offers excellent performance and essential safety features. I would confidently recommend it to other hobbyists.

This was poor right from the start. On my first attempt at using it the blade would get stuck as it reached the wood and wouldn't cut. Second time I did get three or four cuts in (of very thin chipboard) but then a screw came out of the unit and I couldn't fine where it came from. The next attempt found the blade not cutting again and the guard getting stuck on the unit and not retracting. Finally, the blade stopped spinning and the gear unit lifting up, making it far too dangerous for me to try again. Wish I'd tested it within the return period....it's heading for the electrical recycling at the dump. Really disappointed

This did more efficient job than I expected. Powerful enough for cutting through garden sleepers (on three sides, doesn't cut deep enough for 20cm). Loss of one star for no dust bag included.

Even on the first attempt, heavy smoke came out of the machine and there was a burning smell. I had cut into a board about 1.8 cm thick, and the shavings looked like they had been planed. Returned it after this try.

very easy to use and assemble. the cut is clean. the brake is not that good. unfortunately on the forth use it burned unexpectedly. I am disappointed, anyhow I did the refund request.
