This is a product that will definitely give your body the workout it needs. The DB Method Band is not as wide as others I have use, but provides an excellent amount of resistance during my workouts. I appreciate the ability to be able to adjust the band making it unnecessary for me to have bands in different sizes. I love it!

cheap plastic buckle did not hold up, I used only a few times. There are much better options

I got he resistance band to go along with my machine for extra to my workout. It is a good band, however to adjust it as you want is quite difficult. That is about my only complaint. Otherwise, overall it is a great added bonus to your squats.

When I do my squats, bridges, monster walks and other resistance type exercises, I have to use more than 1 elastic band to get the effect I am looking for. I can replace using multiple elastic bands with this single band. The fact that it is adjustable is what sets this apart from elastic bands - you can get the amount of resistance you need simply by tightening or loosening the buckles on the band. Just make sure you keep the rubber bands that it comes with. I gave it only 3 stars since I was not impressed with the flimsy rubber bands that keep the band from loosening up during use. When I first adjusted the strap. I removed the rubber bands thinking it was just a packaging thing. I found out as soon as I used the band to do my squats that the band wanted to loosen up and actually come out of the buckle.

A friend of mine urged me to get a resistance band I could take with me to stretch out my back when i travel. I ordered this one because it seemed thick and durable for someone who doesn't know what they're doing, and because it has a plastic clasp/connector so I can have it double as a luggage strap. Definitely not the intended use of this product, but want to be real about why I wanted this one. I like dual purpose travel items. The actual intended use of this is something you can put around you as use exercise with machines, but I'm not a workout person - I just stretch and use it in traditional band uses like Pilates. I feel like it has great stretch and good tension. I put it under my feet and was able to pull it up past my navel (3.5 feet? ish?) with one hand to snap the picture. Clasp works well. I don't have any negative feedback or cons - this is a pretty straightforward resistance band and I'm happy I ordered it!
