Was in the process of moving and wanted to purchase my first computer so I can set it up after the move. It arrived quickly, and I was able to set it up right after unpacking. Looks great, works great! This was well worth the price, and I would highly recommend this computer to friends or family looking to get one.

I had this computer for about a year. It’s a decent prebuilt for getting into pc gaming but I wanted to upgrade my CPU because honestly the one they pair with it is barely strong enough. When taking off the cooler to pull out the CPU I realize they had put NO THERMAL PASTE AT ALL. I could have burnt out my CPU I don’t know how it didn’t with over a year of gaming. My friends were just as surprised as me. Don’t buy it and risk it!

Good computer for the prices

There were some red flags right away when receiving this . The set up manual was missing from the start up folder , so I had to look it up online and kinda guess how to put this together . Then after a restart of the system , the computer randomly started shutting down and bootlooping . I’m tech savvy but not a computer person , so this has been an aggravating research process. So far I’ve discovered that the gforce driver was missing and that windows os was improperly installed , causing to be missing the recovery tools necessary to successfully reboot. It has yet to be seen if the hardware is actually faulty and if I have to end up speaking with customer support . Will update later , as for now I am extremely disappointed.

I cant factory reset the computer and the computer came with a bunch of anti viruses that randomly pop up on the screen trying to get you to pay more for better protection

I just bought this PC and it has a serious crashing problem. Cuts to black screen and restarts, or just crashes my games. I tried contacting tech support but never got to talk to a person.

This computer was bought as part of a two computer purchase. It replaces a R5-3600X, 16GB Ram, 500 GB NVME SSD, RTX 3060, which still works perfectly, and will become the TV server in our bedroom for a 49 inch 4K Roku TV. The R5-5600X is a solid, reliable work-horse processor. With 32 GB Ram, a 1TB NVME SSD and an RTX 3060Ti, it's a potent 1080P gaming machine, and will run nearly any game at 60-120 FPS or greater in 1080P resolution at maximum settings. Even though the card does not allow the use of DLSS 3 technology, it should still provide an excellent 1080 gaming experience for the next 3-5 years. When the PC got to me, I replaced the 16 GB DDR4 Ram with 32GB Corsair Vengeance Fast DDR 4 Ram. We are using this as my wife's main PC. She is a light gamer (Hogwart's, MS Solitaire, etc.) and uses the system as a TV server, and for some limited social interaction online. This new PC is more computer than she needs. She was perfectly happy with the old 3600, but she loves the RGB light display on the new one, as well as the white case. This is our first Skytech PC. It was packed really well. It came out of the box, fired up and was configured without any hiccups in about half an hour. I had it set up with all my wife's passwords and favorite sites in another half hour. As far as a PC arriving in working order, this experience was about as good as it gets. The PC came with a good RGB mouse, and a serviceable back-lit keyboard. I haven't checked yet if it's RGB. The case includes a top dust filter cover and an enshrouding dust cover for short-term storage. Everything was tightly seated inside the case, and the cable management in the system is excellent. There were no loose or missing connections. As far as I can tell, the build is very good. The PC runs VERY cool. I did not check the seating of the CPU, but all is working perfectly, so I assume it was done properly. As a long-term, dedicated PC user and avid gamer my opinion is that for $897 it's hard to see how I could have done better.

Over priced and under performed.

I had to install windows 10 on my pc instead of window 11. I was stuck in the set up loop of windows 11 and it kept restarting over and over. Other than that the computer has no issues it’s great I recommend buying it. Really good value pricing!

Les ventilateurs sont cheap, bruyants et le windows est uniquement en anglais ainsi que leur support technique. Je suis vraiment déçu de mon achat. Je le retourne et je vais encourager local comme j'aurais dû faire depuis le début.
