Does this come with UK plug/adapter?

Yes, and many other adapters, quite the complete kit.

Does this model (5v) have eu power adapter also? the list of output adapters is not clear also

You should look at the iPower with international adapters version if you want all the travel adapters. I went through the specifications and the iPower with international adapter version and the iPower2 contain the same power supply. The only difference is that you get all the adapters with the iPower international version and get a shiny iFi logo on the iPower2. These come in several different voltage versions so make sure you get the right voltage model for either one.
