I pre-ordered this item at the beginning of Febuary and was given a delivery date of the 17th. Any idea when these will actually be in?

Maybe check for any mail that says your order got cancled and will ask if you still want it. If you don't see that I suggest asking Amazon support for help.

Sorry for not being 100% clear, I meant I rotated both her head and her stand that’s connected to her body?

Well to answer your question the head can slightly move a little, the head is not connected to the body itself.

Are funko pops supposed to rotate? As I check it out, I saw that I can rotate her to the left but I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like that

While most Funko pops can rotate both left/right this particular Funko will not. She has a back stand connected to the base which allows only maybe a half centimeter of movement before hitting her ponytails
