Made with ingredients like cocoa powder, whey powder, and soy lecithin, they melt evenly and set quickly, which is ideal for home bakers like me. I followed the instructions to microwave them in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring in between, and they turned into a silky, glossy chocolate in just a couple of minutes. My experience with these wafers was fantastic. I used them to make chocolate-dipped pretzels and strawberries for a recent party, and they were a hit. The chocolate melted smoothly without any clumping, and it coated my treats beautifully, hardening in about 5-7 minutes at room temperature. Hoosier’s white chocolate wafers are smooth, sweet, and melt really well. They’re easy to use for baking or dipping, and they taste great on their own too. Just a solid, reliable white chocolate at a great price. Putting this brand at the top of my list.

This is the best White Chocolate I have ever worked with, a wonderful silky feel in your mouth with no aftertaste, melts like a satin stream perfect for dipping my homemade biscotti and for making candy dinosaur molds for my grandchildren.

These white chips melt very fast a little at a time, great to use with tweens. Nice flavor.

Easy to work with and tastes great! Definitely a good chocolate for beginners

I have been making custom chocolates for a few years now. I have tried just about every type of chocolate (milk, white, dark, and every brand), and this is by far the best. The flavor is perfect, and the texture is always smooth and creamy. My only complaint is that I can't buy it during the warmer times of the year, so I end up buying 30-50lbs to stock up. Best chocolate on the market by far!!!!

The chocolate melts well and it isn’t gritty or chalky. It’s not the best, but it does have a nice deep flavor. I’d prefer a bit less sugar, but overall it’s good. It makes a great cup of hot cocoa and if I add some melting peppermint puffs, it’s a great peppermint chocolate. It takes about 6-8 of these with some milk to make a rich mug and it’s 100% better than Hershey or Steven’s. It has a smoother taste than Dutch cocoa. It is thick and so it does need to be diluted if you are making a chocolate fountain or fondue, the bag, while it does have a zip seal it is so thin that it doesn’t hold at all - the weight of a couple pieces of chocolate hitting it will break the seal. Hoosier Hill is a brand I buy a lot because, while it’s not the best, it never disappoints — most of their products come in a canister and frankly I think they should just stick with canisters not these crappy bags! So Hoosier Hill gets a star taken away for the first time because of their storage container! If you buy these plan on putting them inside something else. These chop and grind up easily, they are dull, no shine — so if you are looking for shiny chocolate topping you’ll need to add the oil yourself.

Used for treats for grandma’s 75th birthday party and all the guests RAVED about the chocolate. HUGE SUCCESS!!! Will definitely be using for all future chocolate needs 10/10 on melt/presentation/taste. When melted, absolutely beautiful consistency for dipping and drizzling. Love that this comes in 5 lb bags too, far more cost effective for party snack purposes 💜
