Needs a decent amount of axle (highly recommend only installing on a solid axle) - enough to accommodate the thickness of the foot peg and the thickness of the dropouts on both sides of the hub. Plus the width of a locknut if you plan to use one.

No need for any extra screws, you basically take off the bolt of the tires and screw in the peg instead.
