This powder is easily mixed, and tastes wonderful, aftertaste is not bad compared to other plant based formulas to other ! It also has a great texture. I like to substitute it for dessert!

This is my favorite protein powder. I've probably ordered over 25 of these over the last 2 or 3 years. It's very hard to get this type of powder without a ton of other added ingredients that are NOT healthy. This one has a couple, which I wish they could figure out how to remove. It uses Stevia for the sweetener (one of them), there are some carbs, but others are much worse. I use almond milk due to getting stomach cramps from 1% or higher milk , if I drink 12 - 16 oz of it mixed with one scoop of this protein. With Almond milk, I feel full and satisfied for at least 3 hours (your results will vary) when I drink it in the morning. A scoop of protein powder, 14oz of almond mile and a bowl of blue berries is my go-to 2 or 3 days a week for breakfast. This drink was a big part of my weight loss of 34lbs over the last year. This combination really helps you feel full.

This is my go to protein. I’m a plant-based person. I also don’t do aspartame, erythritol or sucralose and this is sweetened with Stevia. The flavor is a little on the strong side, so if you’re using this with fruit or you want to taste something else in the mix, I suggest using only one scoop and maybe using a scoop of additional unflavored protein powder. This brand also has chalky texture. So if texture is a thing to you and you don’t like chalky, this is a bit on the chalky side compared to other protein powders.

Great taste, easy to mix, budget friendly. New look but same great taste. Been a vegan for 12 years, been using Vega for about 4 years. Easy on my stomach and tastes great with plant based milks.

It comes in a giant bottle, where you need to add two giant scoops for it to be one serving. Perhaps other flavors taste better, but I've gotten very tired of consuming Vanilla. It isn't yummy. I don't believe sweetness or sugar would fix the issue with the taste for me. It would likely make it worse.

This stuff was really great. I started using it because I needed a protein supplement that had no dairy in it. The taste was very good, the texture was more than satisfactory, and it was not overly sweet. I was very surprised that I could get 25 g of protein out of a vegan supplement.

I tried other whey based protein and would have occasional headaches. It's not uncommon. Started using Vega Essential and find it doesn't cause any gastric issues or headaches. Very short ingredient list is great to see compared to others. Personally like the Vanilla flavor. It mixes fine with water in a Shaker bottle. No, it doesn't taste like DQ blizzard. It's completely palatable for a daily supplement. I bought allot of it when it was marked down for an excellent price. Highly recommend!

The after taste isn’t good imo. I won’t be buying again. I prefer Oikos protein shakes in a bottle.

Yo feliz con esta proteína. Me agradan los sabores veganos. Sin embargo hay quienes prefieren la proteína de suero de leche. Es tema de gustos y paladares.
