sturdy and very pleasing!
These really are very lovely. I love the shape and design, including the size of the mug, the size of the handle and the shape of the cup. When these arrived, one of the mugs was broken unfortunately, but the seller immediately refunded me and sent a very polite message. I'm thinking of buying another set and getting rid of some of my older mugs.

Great set of Mugs
Love these mugs. I bought 2 sets of 4. Great quality and value. The size is perfect as they fit on my cup holder and are large enough for a good cup of tea. With the different faces and internal colours I can differentiate drinks I make when making several. Why I love about these is the handles do not get hot at all in the microwave. Pleased with my purchase.

Love these mugs bought them for presents one came broken …. I can see this is a running theme in the reviews. Do the broken ones get replaced ?

Happy mugs
These are so cheerful and fun that you cannot be unhappy when using them. They are for righthanded people as the face is only on one side. My first set had a chip in the blue one, the replacement set, after contacting the sellers was received with two days. Astounding! Have bought them for my daughter for university. She has given them names. Because they are so cheerful, they are in my mind, perfect for your son/daughter to keep their spirits up. The seller and the cups are both highly recommended in my opinion.

Arrived damaged … no way to contact seller
Very cute cups, bought as a gift, my sister loved them, but was disappointed to note that unfortunately, one of the cups arrived damaged. The packaging was intact and the missing chunk out of the cup was not in the packaging, so must have been packed damaged. Frustratingly, there is no way to contact the seller for a replacement.
