A few days ago, we purchased a new three seater garden bench. I found the Bartoline Teak oil on Amazon, and ordered the 2L bottle. I considered spraying, but after reading the reviews, I decided to use the brush, the oil was easy to apply and soaked into the would, as it was a sunny and breezy day, I was able to apply three coats, the oil soaked in easily, I paid special attention to the bottom of the legs. Overnight, we had a shower, and water collected in little bobbles on the surface. The bench now looks very nice, and the oil has brought out the grain and colour. Overall, time will tell, but for the present, I am very pleased with this product.

Great value great colour just what I needed

Had the product before so knew it works well. However, didn't arrive on time and came in a precariously taped battered box

Had used this product before, thought it was not good. What I have realized is get the 2Ltr one if covering a six seater table and chair garden set. You will defiantly need two coats. It has a smell for two days or so but ok after. I recommend using a sponge to apply so as to achieve better application and penetration. The only thing people need to realize, this is used not to change the colour but to protect. But you will notice the difference. I wanted the wooden look so it does not bother me about the colour.
