Started taking at bed time and was pleasantly surprised in the morning to experience overall good feeling and improved vitality for the day. TBH, I have yet to test my cholesterol levels for comparison but the amazing improvement in overall well being encourages me to continue with this supplement irrespectively. Niacin levels different than what’s shown on amazon
Just got the bottle and haven’t tried it yet but niacin is only 6 mg compared to 100 mg which is shown on Amazon. Thought would get a good low dose with the citrus bergamot but falsely labelled

Didn’t work for me!
I was hopeful about this supplement, but after finishing almost a month’s supply I haven’t noticed any change in my cholesterol levels or overall energy. The capsules are also foul smelling and difficult to swallow
