Snug fit
I purchased this 2012 VW CC because the one from Autozone did not come with the smaller o-ring. Installed this a few days ago and no oil leaks from my timing cover. I suggest also changing out your serpentine belt while the timing cover is off, makes it easy.

Fits well, addresses upper timing chain cover issue
This gasket addressed an oil leak on a 2013 Audi A6. Old gasket was very brittle and flat. Easy install. Can't comment on how long it will last.
