Do the small items contain button batteries?

No. Nothing needs batteries. But this is very small. If your child is three it’s good

Has anyone else had to wait for a long time for the item to be shipped?

The delivery is handled by Amazon Logistics. You can contact Amazon customer service to confirm the delivery time

is there a way to get replacement stickers? Mine came damaged

Just call Amazon and they will send a replacement.

What is the difference between the 660-89 & 660-90 model ?

I don’t know. But it’s very small. So if your child is over three. It’ll probably be too short to push good. It’s kinda cheap too
