How to keep fabric in place with screws. They seem to stay in place at first but once tufting they pop out one by one. Is there a trick?

Make sure your fabric is evenly pulled tight. Turn the screws clockwise. Mine stayed tight my whole project. I tightened once but didn't really need to. I have found that it works best when my husband and I secure my cloth to the frame for even distribution.

How to keep fabric on frame with screws that keep popping off?

The provided plastic screws have to be inserted and then turned clock/counterclockwise to lock in place. Remember that the fabric doesn't need to be drum tight. Just tight enough to be firm on all ends.
