Matchbox value and quality
Personally I'm in the Matchbox camp as that's what I grew up with. My Nephew is in the Hot Wheels camp. But I will slowly educate him. Sets like this help as there's more variety and better detail on design on Matchbox. He's too young to get this at 5. Hot Wheels has the flame! I suspect that's sealing it. Anyone into die-cast cars gets this pack.

Not Collectible
The problem with being old is you remember how good things used to be. A lot in our world has gone downhill and so has Matchbox. Although my grandson won't notice, these are not the same quality as they would have been 30 years ago. I mean they're fine toys, just not collectible.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our 2.5 year old car lover The set we recieved is different than the one advertised however our son will love the set we recieved. Packing was great and it arrived on the estimate delivery date :) good quality cars. Very happy with the product.
