She said it is perfect and allows her to sit down
Purchased this for my mom who lives out of state for medical needs. She said it is perfect and allows her to sit down, turn and get into the tub to shower without fear of falling or having trouble getting in or out. It's sturdy and does not slip or slide in the tub.

It’s really nice to have when you have a shower/ tub
When I lost my leg, I had a hard time getting in and out of the tub since our bathroom is too small for a walk-in, it only took a few minutes to assemble, you just have to adjust the heights between inside the tub and outside of the tub …. if you have a walk in just make sure all four of the same length .. if you have a tub Just remove the sliding glass doors .. you will need to add a shower rod curtain and you were ready to go.

It’s a good product just have a lot of towels
The product works fine and is exactly what it says. The problem is when you have it in your tub and your trying to take a shower, even with a hand held shower head, curtain closed over it, water gets everywhere. So overall I would say it does what it suppose to do, just has a bit of downfall

So sturdy and easy
I had a brain tumor and kept falling before it was removed. After it was removed I kept using throughout recovery. Wonderful. Sturdy and fit perfectly so I could just sit and slide in.

This worked great
The therapist recommended this when I had hip surgery. It was just what I needed. I couldn't stand in the shower and this worked just fine. It is strong and sturdy with grab handles. It worked just fine for me.

Trash: broken after 3 months. Did not exceed weight limit.
Update 7/10/23: this bench is extremely unsafe. Today it completely started to collapse in on itself because the tube split where a screw is. Thank goodness I can bear partial weight on my 14 week post op ankle otherwise this could have been a disaster. I’ll be reaching out about a warranty/refund because now I have to purchase another bench. Previous review: I’m well under the weight limit on this but because I needed the height to be extended fully due to having ankle surgery and not being able to bear any weight in that leg for 12 weeks, it feels a little wobbly when sitting down on it. I just move slowly and so far it’s still holding up. I wouldn’t be able to shower without this. I didn’t install the back on it to make it easier to move around.
