Not sure about the exact percentage, but enough Vitamin B3 also called Niacinamide to show visible results.

No i don't think so...bcoz it has some shimmer in it...so it is kind of a pre makeup base.

A decent product. I use this to mix with my foundation to set my base. Gives a subtle pink glow to your face. But it does dry your face up a little so would not suggest for people with dry skin.

Horrible product!

Bought it after reading so many positive reviews & YouTube videos but I am extremely disappointed by the product. All the claims made by the product is false. It hardly gives any instant glow, shine or pinkish effect. It's just a liquid filled with shimmer which when applied to the face doesn't stay for long. Don't waste ur money on this atrocious product.
