I know retinol and vit c are the best for facial skin care. Eclat is the brand I have been using for a while now. Getting another bottle of vit c + retinol was a no-brainer. I saved money while preserving my skin.

I like this duo serum set and wanted to re-order, but the PRICE more than DOUBLED! I have never seen anything suddenly more than double in price. This is crazy. For this, I am removing two stars. I will not be re-ordering.

I don’t know if they’re decreasing any lines or wrinkles, but the most wonderful part of my morning is washing my face and putting these droplets on and then massaging it into my skin. I love this product and will continue using it forever. At night I do the same thing with the nighttime product right after I get out of the shower.

Brightened my face and made it look glow

My second purchase of the duo product; the first one given away as a present. I do not use it religiously but have tried to incorporate it in my routine as recommended; vitamin C in the morning, retinol in the evening. I find the texture of the serums a bit thick/oily and sticky, but the feeling of stickiness on my fingers immediately after the application is gone in less than a minute. On my face they feel fine. I noticed no particular smell and both serums absorb quickly yet leave my skin feeling soft and hydrated. Nevertheless, I do apply a moisturiser afterwards. I had not experienced any adverse reactions using these serums. My facial skin is normally affected by redness and discolouration, but I have noticed of lately that it is much improved and it has a nice healthy glow to it. There is less redness, the skin feels much smoother to the touch and the skin tone is more even. The under eye area looks more toned too, however the dark circles and eye bags are still there; maybe there was a slight improvement but nothing to shout about. To be fair, dealing with these two particular problems very much depends on their cause, and no product can resolve them if there is an underlying issue to be dealt with. I believe both serums are of a decent quality however I do have a negative to point out. The product I received was delivered sealed but with some kind of a sticker at the bottom. When I removed the sticker I realised that it was covering the manufacturing date which was the beginning of 2023. From what I understand, even when unopened, vitamin c and retinol serums have a limited shelf life so maybe the stickiness of the product is due to the serums losing their potency as they were possibly about to expire. In conclusion, I believe that these Eclat serums are decent quality products at a decent price, but due to the expiry date issue, I am not sure if I would buy them again; it's possible, but I would have to think twice about it...

I'm a huge fan of this brand and this duo of serums did not disappoint. I love have a day/night serum and both feel great on the skin. Easily absorbed and my skin feels dewy and nourished. I have very dry skin so use a mousteriser on top, but I feel the serums have really improved the texure. Got this for an amazing offer price and purchased again immediately.

Personally, I won't buy these again. My fav vit c has gone up to £50 a bottle 😭 I only buy my fav retinol when it's on offer, it wasn't! So, I ended up trying these! I have had zero negative impact from using them at all. They glide on smoothly and absorb nicely. The vit c will leave you v sticky if you use too much, could be a nice grip base for make up though! I haven't tested that, just a thought. The retinol isn't strong at all! My usual one, splits my lips if it touches them, they're v sensitive to it. I rub this one over them, they don't even dry out! Makes me doubt product strength and efficacy 🤷🏼‍♀️ Because I can notice this about the retinol, I wonder how good the vit c is as well.

I only bought this as my preferred vit C was out of stock. I like that there were both serums in the box however the label puts me off as it looks cheap, similar to a £2 bottle I bought in B&M once which I used on the back of my hands. The quality of the oil is reassuring however I'm not sure I will buy again as I am using my preferred brand and am more likely to explore others too. Sorry!

Great price for ×2 skin serums ! They certainly have a feeling good factor, just as good as any of the more expensive ones. Once applied it dries on the face, no sticky residue & nil visible, it seems to be doing it's job & no overpowering scent. It is as good as the expensive ones. It's light fresh, no over powering pongs ! It I would purchase again !
