I have been buying these now for a few years and they have been revolutionary. I use them exclusively for running and exercise (although I am a mild snorer too, but only with alcohol!). I had my nose broken a few times playing football in my youth, so my septum is shaped like a S and makes breathing while exercising quite difficult at times. I used nasal strips for years, but they were both fiddly, expensive and difficult to fit just right. Since I started using this nasal dilator, I just put it in and run. Yes, it’s a bit odd to begin with - sticking any foreign object up your snout is going to feel weird - but you get used to it and after a while forget it’s even there. Great product, but the price has been gradually creeping up. I’ve also had the unexpected bonus of looking like a badass, as people often mistake it for a nose ring!

Works great, pinch is a little tight so some people may not enjoy but you adjust and it helps way more than the strips I've tried.

I have mixed feelings about this. I did get the right size but it hurt my nose. It does feel like it opens up the nostrils a little but at the same time it feel uncomfortable, because it is literally in your nose. Not to mention you have to clean it and wet it to wear it and and and... I couldnt sleep with it, no matter how many times I tried it.

Recommended by my ENT consultant to open nasal passages at night to facilitate easier breathing. Worked wonders. I switch between the small & medium size depending on the swelling of the lining in each nosyril

Original review 3*, now a 1* (because I can't select 0) Now being sent back, because it has aggravated my nose so much trying to get it to stay in Original review: I'm writing this review based upon my experience with this, and the stick on external strips. For context I have a deviated septum, and run at a range of intensities and durations. It's better than nothing. However it quickly becomes a slight annoyance, requiring regular adjustment to the point where I take it out. However in the home, it's been effective at helping normal breathing. Ultimately, whilst running, you're sticking something extra up your nose when you need as much clear airway as possible. I'll therefore be sticking with the external nasal strips (see what I did there?!) and using this nasal dilator in the home

Perfect snoring apparently has gone down by 80% so wife is happy!!

As soon as I put it in my nose, I could really breathe better. I like wearing it, but do notice that it starts to irritate my nose when I wear it for a prolonged period of time.

He probado varios dilatadores (tiras que se pegan, dilatadores tipo tubo blandos de silicona y rigidos de plastico de todos los tamaños) y de todos estos son los mas comodos y los mas efectivos: - No molestan - No se salen - El flujo de aire es bueno para respirar solo por la nariz Creo que esto de los dilatadores depende mucho de cada persona pero si que recomiendaria probar estos

Sono ormai anni che li utilizzo per correre e migliorare l'apporto di aria attraverso il naso. Funzionano perfettamente e rimangono al loro posto anche durante sforzi molto intensi.
