Does not keep drinks hot or cold
This coffee cup does not keep the coffee or tea cold or hot. Very disappointed since I paid a lot for it. Will never buy from them again

Ok for the price
It's got the pretty, sleek, black, slim design I was looking for. But it didn't pass my main requirement...it leaks when turned upside down. I have a similar tumbler I bought directly from a Starbucks store, and I don't care if you dropped it from the moon...it will land bone dry with all of the contents intact. I like to carry these in my purse, so I need to be confident it will not link when tilted or turned upside down.
