In my opinion these are great pans!!!
I purchased these on a good special awhile back and I am pleased with the quality, versatility and the weight of the pans are just fin for me. I have found the heat distribution to be even, I actually find myself using lower heat setings on the glass cook top and it is easy cleaning when I'm finished cooking -- I just rinse these with water, a small amount of Dawn Dish Soap, a soft paper towel and I don't use metal utensils when cooking or anything abrasive when I rinse them off. One other thing I will point out is the fact that I never put these pans in the Dishwasher and I honestly think these Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pans are going to last because I don't subject them to high temperatures or use things that might adversely affect the Ceramic Nonstick Finish! I love these Frying Pans and I definitely recommend them! If you take care of them they will last for years.

Frigideira requer uso de óleo/azeite
Para fritas ovos, por exemplo, tem que usar óleo ou azeite, senão gruda

so far, so perfect
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I won’t use “teflon” non-stick. I had a v1 GreenPan years ago, and it was so disappointing. I got a set of these frying pains in various sizes for my birthday then bought more. So far they are perfect after a few months. Even food that looks burned slides right off. Highly recommend hand washing. The stainless steel on this model adds class, looks, and a high-quality weight compared to other GreenPan models. Great buy. Stickiness: perfectly non-stick Cooking ability: Excellent

Top quality
Do not overheat. Never use with metallic ustensils or clean with abrasive products. Always add a small quantity of oil before use.

Great pan, a little small for every day use
I’ve been buying Greenpan non stick pans for more than 5 years now. I find them durable and like that they are safe for use with metal utensils and are dishwasher safe too. One thing I’ve learned is to not use olive oil with these pans as I’ve read (and have found) that olive oil tends to create a residue that reduces the effectiveness of the non stick surface. I use avocado oil instead. My only issue is the size, 8 inches is great for making eggs for myself and even a few pieces of chicken or fish. But I’ll soon be buying the 10” pan because I often find myself wanting a little more room when I’m cooking
