Once i had worked out how to blow it up, it is fantastic. Flattens right down to go in the case, even my smallest onboard case - bought as i have a firm solid one at home that has helped my knee pain immensley

Quality rubbish and weak design and failed within few hours, this is what is called mis-selling. Return process was awkward and needs a lot of improvement.

Works very well is comfy and easy to inflate. good size and fairly decent support for back/legs/neck etc. Very handy for on the go as it packs down!

I was a bit taken aback when I realised I had to blow it up using my mouth not a pump - remembering what it was like blowing up a lilo! This is different. It would help if there was an indication of which direction is ‘up’ on the mouthpiece but other than that, really easy. Very comfortable to use.

I purchased this for my mother in June, who is bed bound, to help relieve pressure on her heels. initially, it was very good, easy to inflate, and easy for carers to reposition through the day to keep mother comfortable. However sadly it is now losing pressure very quickly, needing to be reinflated every day (only 3 months old)
