Really soothing when I have migraines and tension headaches! It provides good head compression but isn't too tight. It doesn't stay cold as long as I would like, however this is probably because it gets cold enough to provide relief, but not too cold that it causes brain freeze. If you get migraines/tension headaches often, I'd recommend getting 2 of these so that you can keep rotating them (one on your head and one in the freezer).

Real good product also good for large area anywhere on body, had shoulder replacement recently and I must say placing this ice on the wound is a life saver. Also hood for headaches without using pills.

I love this so much that I bought a second one. I interchange them when needed, so one is always cold. They are extremely helpful for headaches and migraines, and have been a life saver in the recent heatwave. I also feel they mold nicely to the shape of the head. My only slightly quibbles are that 1) they warm up pretty quickly. And 2) the very top of the hat is just fabric, and therefore doesn't get cold, which is annoying for headaches on the very top of the head

As a sufferer of migraines this comes in handy! I keep mine in the freezer as the cooling lasts longer but it is freezinggg! Love the 360 coverage as others i’ve tried only treat the front of your head

I really recommend this product! It fits perfectly on my head, and doesn’t rip! I put it on my head and lie down for a bit and my migraine/ headache is gone, it really does work! It doesn’t take long for it to go cold. This product is amazing! I totally recommend!

As a regular migraine sufferer, this is great. Whilst it doesn’t get rid of the migraine, it does give some relief. I haven’t tried it heated yet, so can’t comment on that, but from the fridge or freezer, it’s really good. Covers the whole head, comfortable and easy to use. Mine now lives in the fridge, ready to use.

I bought it to help me cool the top of my head, because chemo makes it feel like it’s boiling. The wrap is designed to cool everything but the top of your head. I’m sure it works for migraines, but it didn’t work for my boiling top.

My young adult AuDHD kid has suffered with migraines for years. They informed me that these are a miracle- they help with grounding, they find the pressure of wearing it to be sensory-friendly, and help them to regulate their temperature. Their only complaint was that the cold fades away really quickly. I will probably buy another one so they can swap them out when they don't feel as cold anymore.

I wish I found this sooner! A really great product for headache relief, the material it is made from is extremely soft making it very comfortable to use. I keep mine in my freezer and find I need to leave it out for a few minutes before putting it on my head as it can be a little cold. It also stays cold for a long time

I bought mine for around 3 euros 1 years ago, had to be wrong price, either way I was shocked when I saw the new price :O But it works so I rekommendera it.

I get a lot of sinus headaches, and while I still take a pain reliever to help with them, I will put this on while waiting for the pain reliever to kick in. I love the compression, it feels really nice on my head. It’s actually quite relaxing. My eyes even feel relaxed after using it. I love keeping it in the freezer and then when I need it, I just get it out of the freezer and put it on - though, I usually don’t put it on right away. It can be a bit too cold at first, and can get a little uncomfortable, so I will usually let it sit out for a just few minutes before putting it on…or even rub the inside and outside, front and back, a few times, just to let it “warm” up just a little. But the cold feels really nice along with the compression and it’s really relaxing!

Stays cold for a few minutes and blocks light well
