The heater is lovely looking and performance seems really good, my son set the app up really easily and I’ve used it a couple of times so far to put the heater on but there are functions to use on the heater that are easy enough to use, I bought this heater for my hallway so I can put heating on if it turns cold while out visiting or shopping so I come into my bungalow to a warm space, I have no gas so electric heaters I’ve used since being here but wanted something to switch on while I’m out and about so I’m really happy the app is easy to use as I’m not very much into technical stuff, worth the purchase price so far I’ve only given 4 star so far as I’m not sure on the cost to run it yet but if it’s economical I will buy more for other rooms, I’m yet to have it put onto the wall as I’m going to check it’s going to run cheaply first, I’ve always used oil filled radiators before but they are expensive to run now so I’m hoping this heater will be right for me cost wise to run.

Turned up with no brackets and have chased now for a few weeks also issues with schedules and the heater not coming on when. It should and also turns itself off once reaches temperature even if programmed to stay on. Customer services reply but so far still having the same issues as I reported when I first had it delivered. Not impressed by this heater positive it’s small and lightweight and looks half decent

This heater throws out the heat. Perfect for a 3m x 2.5m room. Remote is a bit rubbish. You have to get quite near to the heater for it to work. I changed the battery but it didn't make a difference. I have 3 analogue temperature gauges in different rooms. I brought them all in the same room at the same level of the heater. They all said 18 degrees but the heater read 22 degrees. Big difference. If you have a 4g router like me, you may have trouble connecting to WiFi as mine is set to 5ghz and cannot be changed. The heater needs 2.5ghz. Overall, it's a smart stylish heater that so far has worked well. Instructions are pretty basic so a bit of googling is needed. Bought another 2wk panel heater but simply with standard weekly timer. No need to connect to the Internet to set.
