Great one for mild eczema and dry skin
Tried all the other brands but this particular brand cleared all of my baby’s flare ups and keeps her skin moisturized for a long time. A bit pricey but worth it

Only thing that worked on toddlers eczema
This is the best cream we’ve used on my son’s eczema and incredibly sensitive skin. Pricey compared to other brands but was honestly the only cream that worked for flares.

Bought for my toddler who has eczema; it’s not a one-shot wonder, it needs to be applied regularly, but it does brilliantly at keeping it under control. Non-greasy and easy to apply.

This cream by far has been the best I’ve tried for my kids’ eczema flare ups. Not greasy but thick and moisturizing, no stinging, and has visibly/physically cleared up their worst flare spots. It layers nicely with their prescription hydrocortisone. I’ve been using it for years for my son and now my baby daughter. I would say it’s a little thick for normal use. However dry winter skin or eczema skin this is absolutely perfect.
