This is the best yoga mat I've ever used. Reviewing after having had it for almost two years, so clearly it's also long-lasting. The extra thickness really helps when I need to kneel on my knees--worked for me even with knee pain--and the 45 degree angle marks pretty much feel necessary now with a lot of the mobility exercises I do regularly. The material quality is great too--non-slip because I do pushups on it. Soft but sturdy and folds easily, . Highly recommend.

The yoga mat itself is good, but the cover they provided is of very poor quality, even after charging extra for it. Another issue is that the yoga mat doesn’t fit properly inside the cover bag. It takes a lot of effort and stress to put it in, and it easily takes at least 5–8 minutes just to fit the mat inside the bag. Also, as shown in the photos, the cover already has so many holes and damaged spots. So I would suggest buying the yoga mat without the cover.

My daughter had ordered a Tego Yoga Mat 3 years ago. It was Bronze colour and adequately heavy and flexible one, very good to do yoga asanas. But this Black Tego Yoga Mat is very very light and is unfit to do yoga asanas. Compared to the Bronze colour yoga mat, this black coloured yoga mat is absolutely useless. There is not even the logo of "Tego" on the Yoga Mat, probably they know the poor quality of the product, that's why they didn't emboss the logo/name on the mat. I feel cheated. Please don't buy this one if you are a true Yoga Asana Practitioner. My review after using the black Tego Yoga Mat for the last two days: 1.The Yoga Mat once spread on the floor it should fall flat whereas this black one is rolling over and to keep it flat I have to,use a heavy bed sheet. 2. The Yoga Mat should be supple and soft to lie over where as this black one is rigid and hard to lie over and is uncomfortable for the body when lying on it. Over all this black yoga mat never equals the bench mark you created with your bronze yoga mat where it had all the good qualities of falling/spreading flat on the floor and was supple and soft. Plese withdraw this product from your Brand Name TEGO, whatever good name you have earned till now,you will loose the same with this cheap uselss product.

The yoga mat has a good thickness, which is just right.

there are huge stains on the mat, around 80% of it is covered and it left my hands and feet stained red i wish i just asked for a refund because it gets annoying over many uses

Dimensions are not the same as mentioned. Ordered the 78 inch length one but it’s 72 inches only.
