Used to wake up with stiffness in neck , got relief right after first use , excellent product , pillow height is just right for good posture and comfortable sleep

The product had multiple defects and did not perform as advertised.
I purchased this orthopedic pillow in last week . Within one week, the cover started tearing at the seams. The material also feels lower quality than described on the product page. I would suggest investing in higher quality zippers and fabric to improve durability for future versions of this pillow. Premium just in name not in product Quality.
