Really good. I have a mouth like a digger bucket so mouth guards can be tricky. This is perfect. Plenty of bite when lifting to stop smashing my teeth in Quite nice to chew on between sets.

Does the job. Has helped me keep grinding on heavy singles or low rep work. Protection for teeth and gums for sure. Does have a plastic taste so assume somewhat toxic but it's not like a rugby gum shield that's in your mouth for 80 mins so I'll live with it.

Good quality. Use it for heavy lifting and found it works for stress management and not clenching my teeth and damaging them when overwhelmed.

I suppose it reflects the price, but I found it quite uncomfortable and, unfortunately, it didn’t provide any real benefit for me. That said, depending on the size of your mouth, it might work better for others—it just wasn’t the right fit in my case.

I'm a big fan of mouth pieces for heavy lifting, and this one is great! I'd advise to put it hot water for no longer than 4-5 seconds before molding to your teeth profile, or they'll get too soft and end up like chewing gum, but once you've softened them for 4-5 seconds and fit and bite on it, it's perfect!

I used it for my lower teeth only, followed the instructions step by step, it was a bit too thick for me, it didn't fully mould it to the shape of my teeth, I didn't have a water temperature device, so not sure if the water was hot enough, I used the kettle water so it should be hot enough, maybe needed to leave it a bit longer (left it about 60 sec.) but I didn't want it to become too soft (because I had similar product and can become too soft if left long). Anyhow it was still too thick to use it for a long time but it is comfortable and did not cause any discomfort or pain, but I think it's crucial to get the water temperature right for it to mould to the shape of your teeth correctly so better if you have a water temperature device. I got 2 piece came in separate case, which is quite expensive (£28.98 at the time of this review) but they do single piece as well. Personally I use it to solve a dental problem, not sure how it would work as mouth protection. I gave 3 star because it was too thick for me and didn't fully mould to the shape of my teeth and find the pricing a bit too high.

Purtroppo devo scrivere una recensione negativa. Fatto lo stampo con acqua calda innumemrevoli volte, calcolando tempi e temperatura, ma il paradenti si muove sempre durante l'attività fisica (faccio pesistica, quindi non sono nemmeno movimenti forti e di scatto come il pugilato) con il rischio enorme di essere respirato. Non rimane nemmeno leggermente fissato all'arcata dentaria come dovrebbe e stai facendo ad esempio delle spinte con manubri su panca e fai un grosso respiro perchè il peso è alto potresti rischiare di respirare il paradenti, non essendo grande e in doppia arcata. Non è utilizzabile senza rischi. Sconsigliato
