Excellent for young (7/9yrs) children
This is an excellent first atlas. All maps are very clearly illustrated and contain small sets of facts and points of interest which my children enjoy. The selection of maps is comprehensive and the text and font size is easily comprehended by 7 to 9 year old children. The atlas comes as a hardback so it should last. Strongly recommended as a first atlas.

Great atlas book for children!
My 7 year old loves this atlas as it has nice pictures and not too overloaded with information (but enough to educate). He choses it regularly to read so recommend & will look out for the next updated version.

Great find
Lovely book for my 7 year old who loves maps and learning about different countries and continents. He has spent hours reading it and has learnt a lot of facts which he loves to share with us.

Good atlas
Good and useful for learning

Very handy.
I bought this so that I could check holiday destinations. Great for cruises as you stop at lots of different ports. It was good to know where I was going and the distances between ports.

A beautifully illustrated and informative atlas.
I loved this atlas and couldn't stop reading it when I received it! However, it was a present for my 10 year-old grand-son so I have regretfully given it to him! I bought it for him because he and I didn't agree where the equator is in relation to India, so this resolved that argument! I whole-heartedly recommend it - not just for children.

This is definitely the Top 1 book for my kid!
My 3-year-old son loves this book! Although there are still many knowledge in this book too early for him, he likes the maps, the flags in the book! This book also contains a big world map, which brings a lot of fun to him! He learned the flags of each countries and locations of them. I think when he grows bigger, this book will still be interesting for him, with a lot of information and pictures about each country. New review after one year: My son still loves this book so much! He has learned all the countries, flags. And now he still finds new things in the book, the famous sightseeings in each country. He has read this book for so many times that the hard covers of the book are already gone. We also bought another two atlas books so that the 3 books can be read together. But still, this book is his first book that he wants to read. I am very happy with this book!
