A great droid for your collection
A lot of details on this figure. There are places to store his accessories inside the dome. The panels open on his body and the 3rd leg drops down and clicks in place. A panel comes off on the dome for his scanners. His scale matches perfectly with the rest of the black series.

Cute
If you like R2D2; this is a cute representation. A child in normal play will break it quickly.

the 3 leg problem.
The third leg is not as stable as in other figures, so even standing the leg is not supporting the wight of the figure, it looks good though.

Cool
I ordered a second one to keep in its original packing but the first one was so neat I had to open it and play with it. I'm 53 years old and I remember after the first movie my father would go to every store to try to find all the figures who knew years later and unopened one was worth a lot of money but they were meant to be toys not to be socked away as collectors items maybe one day this will be worth something lol

Check all product details when ordering items.
Was disappointed with size of product. I thought I had ordered something else. Cancelled an order from Wallmart just so I could get it sooner. After researching the figurine i see its from a vintage collection and the detailing is excellent but cost is double its worth. Amazon should change its product dimension specs to package dimension specs for it can be misleading.

Misleading product title
The title says more than 9cm in height, when in fact its less than 7cm. Even when i extend the antenna of r2d2, its smaller than 7cm. Would i have bought it if the title said the actually height (less than 7cm)? Probably not.
