Of a good quality, I'd say for professional use, the lens is toughened glass so should work for many years. It also has an air supply attachment at the rear to reduce condensation. Very happy.

Dont be tempted by the very cheap green plastic hoods. Buy this one. Its robust, well made and very roomy inside so you can wear it with a 3M half dust mask. The air supply fitting on the back works very well with a conpressor to keep the screen clear, but bear in mind it steals flow from your blasting pot. So you need a high cfm compressor. Only down side is a lack of tear of screens to prevent the glass wearing quickly, but you can make these from acetate.

I purchased this hood so I could get under my car and sand blast the rust so i could protect the under carriage without blinding myself. Been there and done that. Never again. It works fine to protect the face but without an air source to circulate around your face you are time limited as to the work you can do before the mask steams up. It is a sturdy hood and is mostly comfortable to wear, even under a car and does have a tube that you can connect to an air source if you indeed have one. For the price it is well worth the money but think out the logistics of what you need it for and how you plan to do it coupled with if you will use it again going forward. If yes it is well worth the price tag in my opinion.

Don't buy this unless you have a breathing air supply line. Without forced ventilation the glass visor mists up instantly. The white outlet valve does not work and lets in sand. On the plus side it is very heavy duty and well made. In a professional shot blasting booth complete with health and safety compliant forced air supply, I'm sure this would be ideal. Not of much use to the average DIY sand blasting enthusiast. There is a pipe plumbed in at the back to take an air line and it is required is you want to see through the visor.

Habe das Produkt zurück gesendet. Da ist leider ist unmöglich ohne eine externe luftzufuhr damit zu arbeiten, nur bei Probe aufsetzen hat die Scheibe sofort beschlagen. In der Praxis nicht tauglich.

Très bonne qualité , beau produit , par contre il faut faire une modification pour aspirer l air , collé un petit morceau de diamètre 32 (tuyau évacuation lavabo ) car il y a au bout de 30 seconde de la buée , après il suffît de respirer par ce tuyau (comme en plongée) pour moi c est du top !! Je recommande ce produit

Ohne angeschlossene überdruckleitung ist die Haube leider unbrauchbar. Für Sie beschlägt dermaßen dass man nichts mehr sieht. Wer einen zweiten Kompressor zur Verfügung hat und einen überdruck an die Maske anschließen kann für den ist die Maske allerdings sehr gut verwendbar

Pessimo articolo. Non c'è da salvare nulla. Il vetro non è stabile nella sua sede, risulta tra l'altro tagliente. Il sistema di espulsione dell'area non funziona e automaticamente il vetro si appanna rendendo impossibile vedere cosa si sta sabbiando. Evitate di comprarlo.
