Fitboard Vibration Platform Exercise Machine with Multiple Speed Settings and Vibration Modes for Multipurpose Workouts

Great brand that is very quiet and sturdy. I use it everyday!

The benefits for seniors is epic. I've used for two weeks now and really am feeling the workout. Bone building and circulation and muscle stimulation are the biohacking you need to age gracefully. This is a commercial grade plate, made to last. I feel stable and secure on its large platform. It's a solid piece of machinery. I wanted one that would last the distance and was big enough to sit on, many are small. At my age, I don't want to worry about balance and stability on a small platform. The only downside is its heavy, which is why it has wheels and a handle. Most people couldn't lift it. But like I mentioned, it's a solid machine built to perform and last.

I got this for my wife for Christmas and it is already not working. She uses it 3-4 time/week as part of her workout routine and is already displaying error code that is not able to be fixed.

One of my favorite purchases! This thing is amazing for the lymphatic system. I can feel the circulation increasing while I’m using it and I love it. I’m sure it will help a lot with cellulite and it’s much more convenient than handheld massagers because it does the entire body at once. The highest speed (99) is pretty intense so it’s good to build up to it! The remote control wasn’t working when I first tried it so I opened up the battery compartment and adjusted the battery position and now it works perfectly. Highly recommend! UPDATE: A week into using this thing and blasting the speed to maximum every day I realized I started to feel pretty uncomfortable muscle and joint pain… So I did some research on these vibrating plates and came across and expert with a Ph.D. on the effects of vibration on the human body and was shocked to discover that the effects can be pretty harmful if you’re not careful. I also have a piece of hardware on one of my legs and that became a particularly sensitive spot after that first week. So now what I’m doing is using this plate only at the minimum speed (1) and only for 10 minutes and not every day. It is great for circulation and the lymphatic system and I still feel all the benefits without the strain. So to sum up, I still think this was a great purchase and I’m still using this almost daily but I’m being more careful with the intensity. I think it would be good for Sunny Health and Fitness, which is one of my absolute favorite brands, to include something in the manual to this machine about the consequences of vibration and warn users of the potential harm of going overboard with the speed.

The description is pretty generic for all three models. It reads like it has multiple motion options but that is not true for all of the models. The dual motion model is only pivotal vibration. I could not find an option for oscillation. Outside of that it feels nice and solid and works well as a pivotal board. I give it four stars because I was slightly disappointed in that I felt misled by the description ..."Vibration Platform Exercise Machine with Multiple Speed Settings and Vibration Modes..."

Never used a vibration plate so didn't know what to expect. It does a good job and does much more than just vibration. Has three movements, horizontal, vertical and vibration.

This machine is amazing! Not a paid review. Lately been having trouble with inflammation throughout my body especially legs and arms. This machine helps so much, it takes away all my pain and lethargy. Even helps with constipation (tmi but no lie). Been losing weight too!

Very stimulating, and for the strengthening benefits, it is effective but one could get almost the same benefit by doing exercises on a bosu ball or a similarly instable object. For the tissue stimulating it is pretty effective. The first time I got on it, just trying it out, I was on all fours w/ just my arms on the device. W/ in a minute I could feel my shoulders really loosening up and my whole upper body being stimulated 😃 I got one that had been returned for a $30 discount. It looked completely unused and in perfect condition, but I can see why it was returned and why most gyms don't have a similar device. I had difficulty figuring out all of the modes, the limited directions weren't a big help, and I usually can easily figure things like that out. If I saw THIS particular device in a gym I probably wouldn't have the patience to work w/ it to figure it out and thought it was some weird hyped up nonsense machine. Hence I would stay clear of it😒 On the good side I can really see someone doing routine chores like the dishes while standing on this😁 But at my height (5'10") my kitchen sink (standard height) ends up being too low to do dishes comfortably since it raises me up five inches. For that task it probably work better for someone very short or have an unusually high sink. Also it has wheels on one end so all you have to do is tip up one end and roll it like a briefcase at the airport to another location if needed. But since it weighs around 45 pounds I would keep it on one floor of the house. Edit: if I saw this at a gym, with the right graphic explaining the different modes and how each works, I could see myself using it but there was VERY little description in the instructions. [Eg for any of the preset programs chosen, the device will vary speed and intensity of the movements (I don't think the programs can be changed). There are three available programs, P1 rocking (the most stimulating IMO), P2 side to side (which is the quietest), or P3 vibration (the least distance moved & the noisiest (don't do late at night, my neighbors in my apt would have complained)]
